In October 2011, I received my PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut. I have conducted my research in the area of processor microarchitecture and binary translation & analysis. In December 2000, I earned my Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a GPA of 4.0/4.0. In August 1999, I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with distinction from the American University of Beirut. During my studies, I was placed many times on the dean’s honour list for academic achievement. I am currently Enseignant-chercheur at L’École pour l’informatique et les techniques avancées (EPITA). I am mainly interested in the areas of Binary Translation and Analysis, Hardware Security, Hardware for Machine Learning and Malware Analysis.
