Ghania Belkacem is an associate professor in the Energy and systems department at ESME engineering school, Paris. She received Engineer diploma in Electronics and Communication from the Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi Ouzou, Algeria in 2008, M.Sc degree in Embedded Electronics and Communication Systems from Paris Ouest Nanterre University, Paris in 2010 and PhD in Electrical Engineering from École Normale Supérieure of Cachan in 2014
